Membership is comprised of 40 to 73 active members at any time. Membership requirements include completing 4 volunteer projects each year, payment of membership dues, and involvement on a selected committee which meet monthly. Dues are $125 per year with a onetime initiation fee of $50.

Prospective Members
A detailed list of requirements for prospective members is listed below under "Requirements for membership Consideration". Two Membership Drives are held a year, Fall and Spring.

The deadline for the 2008 Spring membership drive is April 30th, 2008. Prospective members are required to complete the application below and 4 volunteer projects by this time. Please note that the application requests letter of references and those should also be submitted by this time as well.

Once you have mailed CSC your application (mailing address below) the membership committee director, Rebecca Williams, will e-mail you back all information for all prospective members. This information will include contact information, calendars and other reference material to answer any questions you may have. Rebecca Williams will then become your primary point of contact; however, you are welcome (and encouraged) to contact any of our members directly.

You do not have to wait for a formal response from the CSC membership committee to start the completion of 4 volunteer projects. Please feel free to join us anytime (directions, dates and descriptions of each project are listed on our events page) but be sure to introduce yourself as a prospective member. Participation is not limited to prospective members and members only, feel free to bring a friend.

Requirements for Membership Consideration

1. Complete Membership Application, download 2008 Membership Application here
2. Complete 4 volunteer project hours (click here for directions to the volunteer projects)
3. A letter or reference from a current or sustaining member, if you do not presently have a CSC reference, you may still apply
4. A letter of reference from an employer, clergy, community leader, etc.
